Ready-to-Ship
Ready-to-Ship pieces are in stock and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order
Made-to-Order pieces are crafted individually after purchase.
Current production time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the volume of pending orders.
Production timelines shown on product pages are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
Split Shipments
If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order items, they may be shipped separately so you receive available pieces sooner.
No additional shipping charges will apply.
2. Shipping Timeframes
UK & EU
- Ready-to-Ship: dispatched in 1–3 business days
- Made-to-Order: dispatched after the 2–3 week production window
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option
If dispatch is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated delivery date or the option to cancel for a full refund.
United States & International
International processing times remain the same as above.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
