Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to feel fully satisfied with your Fioretta garment. If something is not right, we accept returns as described below.

1.1 Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-Ship pieces may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, unused
  • in original condition, with all tags attached
  • returned with original packaging (when possible)
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

For UK/EU customers, the statutory 14-day right to cancel applies.

2. How to Request a Return

Return address details are provided upon request.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@fiorettaclothing.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Bespoke or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without tags

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
